A group of 15 civil servants from Iraq visited the National Tax Service of Korea, on June 22, 2010. The visit was to benchmark the tax administration of Korea. During the three-hour lecture, the Iraqi delegates had a chance to learn about Korea’s VAT refund system and the Cash Receipt System.
