Mr. Hyun-dong Lee, Commissioner of the National Tax Service and Mr. Xiao Xie, Commissioner of the State Administration of Taxation held an annual exchange meeting on June 16th, 2011 in Beijing. The two heads of tax administrations signed the recently negotiated Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and discussed pending issues on tax administration.
