Mr. Duk-joong, Kim, Commissioner of the National Tax Service and Mr. Mitsutaka Inagake, Commissioner of the National Tax Agency held the 23rd Korea-Japan Commissioners’ meeting on Aril 2, 2014.
The two heads shared a recent tax administration’s status and exchanged their opinions on international cooperation including offshore tax evasion.
Mr. Kim also asked for active cooperation and support from Japan on the TF activities of SGATAR (The Study Group on Asian Tax Administration and Research).
Next Korea-Japan Commissioners’ annual meeting will be held in Seoul.
